Our History

PPS Water Group was born out of a desire to deliver smarter, more integrated water infrastructure solutions to the mining and industrial sectors. While initially supported by the experience of Plummers Industries, a long-standing Australian business, PPS has since evolved into an independent, nationally operating company in its own right.

The business began with a strong operational focus, building its delivery capability across pipelines, dewatering, water treatment, and associated infrastructure. Over time, PPS identified a need in the market for more responsive, self-performed solutions, and shaped its structure, systems, and leadership team to meet that challenge.

This step-change in direction positioned PPS Water Group as a true turnkey provider, capable of managing complex project scopes from concept to commissioning and beyond. Today, PPS operates with full in-house capability across design management, engineering management, construction, commissioning, and asset support, backed by one of the largest HDPE welding fleets in the country and a highly skilled workforce.

Our journey has been shaped by a practical understanding of the industries we serve, a focus on long-term relationships, and a deep commitment to safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. While we acknowledge the foundation that helped bring PPS to life, the business we operate today is defined by its own momentum, values, and reputation.
