Scope of Work
The scope encompassed the design and delivery of a complete borefield and water transfer system, including the installation of borefield headworks infrastructure, two extraction bores, and a 300 m³ storage tank. Works also included approximately 24.5 km of buried DN450 HDPE pipeline, plus the supply and installation of all associated headworks, valves, transfer pumps, piping, control panels, instrumentation, and ancillary equipment required for full system operation.

Scope of Work
Delivered the bulk New Process Infrastructure (NPI) package for Western Range — every water service the mine would run on at start-up, plus the storage and abstraction that feeds them, plus the electrical and comms backbone tying it together. Fire, raw, service and potable water main from ND32 through to DN560; four 3,000 kL raw & fire tanks complete with pumps and stainless pipework; abstraction bores dropped in and tied off; and the NPI Hub electrical and communication conduits laid in.

Scope of Work
Installed borefield headworks infrastructure including 4.5 km of HDPE pipe and three new extraction bores, with replacement of four existing extraction bore pumps. Supply and installation of all associated headworks, valves, transfer pumps, piping, control panels, instrumentation, and ancillary equipment to bring the upgraded village water supply online.

Scope of Work
Multi-year MSA delivering water abstraction infrastructure and bulk water transfer for FMG Cloudbreak. Scope spans approximately 300 km of HDPE bulk transfer pipeline (DN250–DN630), water injection bore fields, 2,100 ha of land clearing with 440,000 m³ of topsoil removed, and all corresponding headworks, valves, pumps, generators, control panels, instrumentation, telemetry, HDPE lining, standpipes, fencing and ancillary equipment. Pipe range DN315 — DN630, PN6.3 — PN16.

Scope of Work
Christmas Creek OPF disposes tailings into a TSF approaching capacity in late 2025; Flinders TSF3 has been identified as the replacement. PPS is extending the existing tailings pipelines from OPF 1 and 2 to the new TSF — eight new pipe services in total, including the OUD Channel Crossing buried under concrete culverts, tie-ins and shutdown works.

Scope of Work
Removal of buried decommissioned HDPE pipeline sections, installation of new tailings delivery and gland water pipelines, and replacement of the DN400 tailings delivery pipeline from pump house to TSF3 — including sections through existing DN630 sleeves under Whaleback Creek and the LV access road. Scope covered concrete thrust blocks, anchor blocks, footings and slabs; disassembly and reinstatement of existing TSF1 distribution pipelines after wall raise; hydrostatic testing; ~530 m DN280 HDPE decant return from new pontoon to booster pump station; and ~950 m DN280 common decant return along the TSF1 crest back to the Beneficiation Plant.
